We all know how stressful life can be, and yoga provides a great antidote to release stress and tension.  As your body and mind begin to detox, connect and grow stronger, yoga often becomes a greater part of your life.

Yoga Pathways provides options to enjoy a state of physical, mental and emotional harmony through:

To not only build practical strength, flexibility and balance, but more importantly to help you unwind physically and mentally so that by the end of the class you feel calm, centered and energized.

Corporate or individual health and professional leadership services are available upon request.  Services can be tailored to meet the particular needs of an organisation or individual, incorporating theoretical and practical components.

Living mindfully and having a regular meditation practice provides a better perspective on all things.  It takes us out of the red zone, and helps us live with greater clarity and awareness, enabling us to discover that life offers infinitely more opportunity for enjoyment and gratitude.

True joy comes in selfless service.  These trips provide the opportunity to assist the rebuilding of schools and communities in remote parts of Nepal and they also include a 5 day trek with spectacular views of the Himalayas.

Yoga Pathways raises funds and donates a percentage of its profits to the REACH for Nepal foundation.  If you wish, you can make a donation at the desk when you attend a yoga class.  Every four dollars raised covers the cost of a child’s lunch for a month at the Hari Prasad school in western Nepal.

Life is a mystery to be lived, not a problem to be solved.......Soren Kierkegaard
